This Privacy Policy describes the types of information Vocational Research Institute (“VRI”) collects through CareerScope® Online (the “Service”), how that information is used and the types of third parties with whom we share it. Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected from you by VRI via the Service and does not apply to information disclosed by you through offline correspondence or personal contacts with VRI representatives.

Your Acceptance of and Revisions to This Privacy Policy

The only personally identifiable information VRI requests is your name and date of birth. This information is requested solely for the purpose of creating your record in the data base of CareerScope Online and applying the correct scoring norms.

Information Collected Automatically

We may use server log analysis tools to gather and analyze information regarding the Service’s usage, such as the number of users accessing the Service, most/least visited features, errors experienced by users, browsers and platforms used to connect to the Service, your IP address and internet service provider (ISP), the date and time you used the Service, and the features you used. This information may be collected via a number of technologies, including cookies, web beacons, clear GIFs and other means. You can remove certain cookies by following the directions in your Internet browser’s “help” file. If you disable cookies, your ability to use some features of the Service may be limited. The above information belongs to VRI and is used to improve the content, layout and/or operation of our Service.
